COVID-19 Protocols

STATE BAR OF TEXAS
EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for registering for a State Bar of Texas event. We are excited to provide in-person events and look forward to your participation.

Attendees and State Bar employees must follow safety protocols required by host hotels and venues.

In addition, all attendees are strongly encouraged to follow current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance regarding COVID-19 safety protocols. For more information, go to https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html.

You may not attend a State Bar of Texas in-person event if either of the following apply:

  1. You are experiencing or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC; or

  2. You have been diagnosed with or tested positive for COVID-19, unless you meet the CDC criteria for ending isolation.

If you are experiencing symptoms or have COVID-19, do not attend the event and please notify the State Bar as soon as possible. The State Bar will give you a refund of your registration charges.

By attending the State Bar event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree that the State Bar of Texas and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for any resulting illness or injury
